☐ Participation and Cancellation Policy
I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Participation is confirmed only after approval by the organizer. There is no application or performance fee. If my team is unable to participate after being confirmed, I agree to notify the organizer as soon as possible. Performance opportunities may be canceled or rescheduled due to inclement weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
☐ Assumption of Risk and Injury Waiver
I understand that rehearsing, performing, using the stage, and participating in event-related activities may involve risks, including slips, falls, physical exertion, contact with equipment or props, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of myself and my team members. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that PiggyhouseTX LLC, Seoulful Festival, Pearland Town Center, and their respective owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives will not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, or medical expense arising from our participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
☐ Performance Requirements and Event Guidelines
I agree to comply with all performance schedules, check-in times, stage instructions, venue policies, and directions provided by PiggyhouseTX LLC, Seoulful Festival, and event staff. I understand that failure to arrive on time or follow event guidelines may result in the performance being shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.
☐ Performance Content and Materials
I certify that all information provided in this application is accurate. I agree to perform only the content approved by the organizer and to notify the organizer in advance of any material changes. I understand that inappropriate, unsafe, discriminatory, or unapproved content may be restricted or removed from the event.
☐ <b>Equipment and Personal Responsibility</b>
I am responsible for all costumes, props, music files, instruments, equipment, and personal belongings brought by my team unless otherwise agreed to in writing. All props and equipment must comply with venue and event safety requirements.
☐ Liability and Property Damage
I accept responsibility for myself, my team members, our equipment, props, and activities. I release PiggyhouseTX LLC, Seoulful Festival, Pearland Town Center, and their representatives from liability for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other claims arising from our participation, except where prohibited by law.
☐ <b>Photo and Video Release</b>
I authorize PiggyhouseTX LLC and Seoulful Festival to photograph or record my team’s performance, members, costumes, and event participation and to use such content for promotional, marketing, social media, and archival purposes without additional compensation.
☐ Application Confirmation and Next Steps
I understand that I will receive an email within 48 hours of submitting this application. The email will confirm receipt of my application and provide performance-related instructions, event guidelines, and information regarding the next steps. I understand that this email does not constitute final approval to perform at the event.
