Vendor Registration

☐ Payment and Cancellation Policy I understand that booth space is not confirmed until my application is approved and full payment is received. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Fees will not be refunded for vendor cancellations, late arrival, early departure, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. ☐ Permits, Licenses, and Insurance I understand that I am solely responsible for obtaining all permits, licenses, insurance, and health or safety approvals required for my business, products, food, or services. ☐ Product and Booth Responsibility I certify that all information provided in this application is accurate. I agree to sell or display only the products and services approved by the organizer and understand that unapproved items may be removed from the event. ☐ Liability and Property Damage I accept responsibility for my booth, merchandise, equipment, employees, and activities. I release PiggyhouseTX LLC, Seoulful Festival, Pearland Town Center, and their representatives from liability for loss, theft, damage, injury, or other claims arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law. ☐ Photo and Video Release I authorize PiggyhouseTX LLC and Seoulful Festival to photograph or record my booth, products, employees, and event participation and to use such content for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without additional compensation.
